Design is a visual tool that allows us to bring stories to life. Whether it is through an abstract concept or something more practical, design unravels before our eyes on a daily basis. Realizing this at a young age, and becoming fascinated with the use of technology, I thought Graphic Design would be the ideal world I could see myself living in. With the use of playful colors, fun illustrations and distinct typography I plan on transforming conventional visual branding and aesthetics to something more unique, bold and lively.
Each project is approached with a fresh, new perspective. Although I possess a skillset to deliver high quality work, I know I don't know it all. I am constantly learning through trial and error, and I have made significant strides through consistent self exploration and working with new clients. With mood boards and creative briefing I have incorporated a more thorough approach to ensure the client's values align with their desired final product.
After receiving my Design BA in 2020 most of my design experience has involved freelance efforts that I have acquired through word of mouth and social media. This work has consisted of branding assets and web design for small startup companies in the construction and lifestyle brand industries. I have learned a lot seeing how I have spearheaded all of these creative projects personally, but I am definitely interested in working with more established and larger companies to further exercise my design skillset.
